College & Career Guidance

Intermountain Christian School College and Career Guidance Office seeks to assist students and their families in discovering the unique calling God has placed on each student. The ICS student body is a rich diversity of students, each created in the image of God and called by Him to steward their education in a manner that glorifies Christ.

High school students listening to their teacher

ICS has high academic standards with the express goal of preparing students for whatever path God has for them after high school. Classes are taught with enough rigor to prepare each student for placement into four year college. ICS teaches at an honors level to achieve this goal.

Advising

High school students have access to an on-campus college and career counselor to help prepare them for what’s next after graduation, whether they choose to pursue college, the military, trade-school, or the workforce.

Intermountain Christian School uses SCOIR, a college and career readiness platform, to help students discover best-fit colleges, send electronic application documents, schedule visits, and assist both students and parents throughout the search and selection process.
